Hi! You're actually right, the Movie portal is usually reserved for animation. They even added a "No speedpaint" rules around a year ago. They would like to accommodate speedpaints in the future but for now it is preferred to upload it on YouTube and to embed the video under your artwork so viewers can see the art and speedpaint in one place.
